Established in March of 2005 by brothers Dan & Darren, Caswell Bros Hardwood Floors is a recognized leader in providing reliable, tried-and-true hardwood floor refinishing and installation services in the surrounding Cleveland area.
Growing up in a large, blue-collar family in Cleveland Heights, we learned early on to be selfless, and the things we want in life must be earned, not entitled to us. Our parents taught us that to earn respect from others, you must first respect the wants and needs of others. It is this philosophy we have instilled into our business over the course of the years.
Caswell Bros has utilized our many years of combined construction & hardwood flooring experience to consistently provide extraordinary results that meet or exceed our customer's expectations. (Prior to our start, Dan was a sales consultant and architectural draftsman with 2 local homebuilders, and Darren was a foreman for a local hardwood flooring company, Classic Floors). From your initial estimate appointment to the final results, we pride ourselves with our one-to-one, open communication with our customers throughout the entire project; AND delivering on the guaranteed workmanship we promise for all your hardwood flooring needs.

We made a wise decision to no longer procure projects with builders and large renovators years ago. It was a tough decision, but we didn't care for the inability to work directly with the homeowner. Taking out the middle-man was a great move and we believe this is why Caswell Bros has been mainly referral-based all these years. Many families and friends - have referred their family and friends.
